To provide an envelope with a memorandum slip in which delivery information can be printed on the envelope and the memorandum slip simultaneously using a non-impact printer and is strung to separately provided machine read-out information after printing the delivery information so as to facilitate delivery management.

The envelope 1 with a memorandum slip is constituted of an envelope 6 which comprises a top sheet 2 and a bottom sheet 3 of an envelope with three sides blocked with an adhesive 4 and one side left open, with a sealing piece 5 formed by extending the open side of the top sheet 2, and a memorandum slip 11 separably connected with the sealing piece 5 through perforations 10. In addition, a delivery information printing part is provided on the exposed surface of the top sheet 2 and an information printing part is provided on the exposed surface of the memorandum slip 11. In each of these information printing parts, an identical bar code is printed and the top sheet 2 is formed of a translucent glassine paper.
