Abstract:
To provide an enveloping device capable of adjusting the opening amount of an envelope according to the dimensions of the envelope.SOLUTION: Provided is an enveloping device including envelope conveyance means for conveying an envelope to the enveloping position, and enveloping means for widening an opening of the envelope so that an enclosure is inserted into the envelope that has reached the enveloping position. The enveloping means includes opening amount adjustment means for adjusting the opening amount of the opening when inserting the enclosure into the envelope. The opening amount adjustment means is configured to adjust the opening amount according to the flap length as the length of the flap of the envelope in the transport direction when transporting the envelope to the enveloping position, and the main body length as the length of the main body of the envelope in the transport direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
