To provide sleeping environment capable of allowing a sleeper to sleep into a deep sleep state as long as possible.
An air conditioning system 1 comprises an environment sensor 21 for measuring the temperature, humidity and the like in a room R, a back/belly temperature sensor 22 for measuring a temperature from a back to a belly of a user M, a processing means 3 composed of a personal computer and the like, a remote controller 4, an air conditioner 5 performing air conditioning operation to the room R, and a spot cooler 6 performing spot cooling to the sleeping user M. The processing means 3 performs feed forward control to lower an ambient temperature of the user M by operating the spot cooler 6 to make the user M free from body motion such as rolling over, when a measured value of the back/belly temperature sensor 22 indicates a prescribed upward course.
