To provide an easily openable end for can which has openability, impact resistance and pressure resistance exceeding a conventional end made of aluminum or steel, and is also excellent in an environmentally harmonizing property such as energy consumption or recyclability by a method wherein an opening is provided on the surface treated steel plate, and the opening part is made an unsealing member made of a resin, which tightly joins to the steel plate.
This easily openable end is majorly made of steel, and is formed into a structure having an unsealing member made of a resin of which the environmentally harmonizing property is high even when being combined with steel. For a tab ring material for this easily openable end made of steel, a resin is used to increase the characteristic of the environmentally harmonizing property. For the resin, PET, polyethylene and polypropylene, etc., are used. For the steel plate which becomes a mother material, a steel plate 6 on which a film of PET or polypropylene is laminated, is used, and by doing so, the bondability between the resin part and the steel plate part is improved. In the manufacturing process, at the time of punching of a raw material plate, opening parts 1, 2 are also punched and formed. For the sealing of the opening parts 1, 2, a film 5 made of PET or polyethylene is used, and the opening parts 1, 2 are tightly joined to the steel plate 6.
