Title:
ENVIRONMENT ORIENTED FLOAT STRUCTURE AND ITS MANUFACTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3212514
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a marine ecosystem in a natural condition by placing ordinary concrete between a steel cell and a porous concrete form to combine the steel cell, the ordinary concrete and the porous concrete formwork into one unit.
SOLUTION: For a canned float, ordinary concrete is placed on the outer periphery of a steel cell formed into a canned shape with a steel plate 2 to form a peripheral wall with an ordinary concrete layer 3. A porous concrete layer 10 is provided on the outer periphery of the peripheral wall to form a porous concrete outer surface. Preformed porous concrete formworks are set up on the side face and the bottom face of the steel cell 1A, disappearing in a sea, at a space to the steel cell 1A. A general formwork 11 is set up on the upper face of the steel cell 1A, appearing on a sea, at a space to the steel cell 1A to place ordinary concrete 3 in the space. In this way, an environment oriented float function is surely formed to hold a marine ecosystem in a natural condition.
