Abstract:
To provide an environmental control system that makes it easy for a person to take appropriate rest and achieve highly efficient work performance.SOLUTION: An environmental control system 10 includes: an ambient illuminator 20 for illuminating a wide range of a predetermined space; a task illuminator 30 for illuminating a visual target area in a work space 1 in the predetermined space; a task sound source 40 for outputting sounds to the work space 1; a control content determination unit for specifying whether to create an environment for encouraging a person in the work space to concentrate or to create an environment for encouraging the person to rest; and a control device 51 for executing dimming/coloring control of the illuminators 20 and 30 and toning control of the task sound source 40. Based on a signal from the control content determination unit, the control device 51 controls the illuminators 20, 30 and the task sound source 40 so that the work space 1 is set to an environment for encouraging a person 2 to concentrate or controls the illuminators 20 and 30 and the task sound source 40 so that the working space is set to an environment for encouraging the person to rest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
