Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform oxygen immunity measurement of a highly sensitive sugar chain antigen with a simple unit by attaching a sugar lipid antigen to oxygen without losing its antigen property and by obtaining oxygen labeling sugar lipid antigen.

CONSTITUTION: Oxygen and sugar lipid antigen, where a hydrophobic group with alkyl chain was introduced, are attached hydrophobically and the alkyl chain is set to an alkyl group with two more carbons. Also, enzymes are peroxidase, glucose oxidase, alkaline phosfatase, or β-galactoxidase. Also, sugar lipid antigens is ganglio, globo, isoglobo, lacto, or neolacto sugar lipid. Enzyme labeling sugar lipid antigen is obtained without losing antigen property of sugar lipid antigen while indexing competitive prevention by sugar chain antigen in the specimen liquid of reaction between an enzyme labeling sugar lipid antigen and a peculiar antibody for sugar chain of sugar lipid antigen which is fixed to an insoluble carrier. It allows for a simple and highly sensitive enzyme immunity measurement of sugar chain antigen by the competition method.
