To provide an enzyme-responsive lipid peptide which produces a lipid peptide capable of becoming a hydrogel by forming a self aggregate in response to a peptidase.
The lipid peptide has a structure represented by the formula: lipid peptide gelling promotion moiety-spacer (1)-enzyme cleavage moiety-spacer (2)-hydrophilic peptide moiety. A pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof is also provided. The lipid peptide gelling promotion moiety is a moiety represented by a specific tetrapeptide, the spacer (1) or (2) is a moiety formed from 0-2 amino acids, the enzyme cleavage moiety is a moiety formed from a plurality of amino acids containing a dipeptide which is hydrolyzable by a peptidase, and the hydrophilic peptide moiety is a moiety having a hydrophilic group at the terminus of a peptide formed from amino acids.
