PURPOSE: To remove the irregularity in a scattering amount of beads by connecting a chain to an axle together with wheels and a swiveling shaft of a rotary controller and swiveling a scattering roller in a way of transmission driving by a universal joint shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A tank 3 equipped with a heating burner and a housing 4 keeping a cylinder of propane gas are formed on a truck 2 provided with a manual handle 1, an axle 7 equipped with wheels 6 is provided in front of the back section 5 of the truck 2, and a swivel caster of a wheel 8 is provided to the rear section thereof. A chain bracket 19 is held to one side of the axle 7, and a chain 22 is connected to a chain bracket 21 fixed to a swiveling shaft 20 projecting to the side frame of a rotary controller 18. In addition, a shaft stand 23 provided along the rotary controller 18 drives a common moving lever of a scattering roller 14 by a universal joint shaft 25.
