PURPOSE: To improve the quality of materials to be cooled and make it possible to recover the heat with efficiency, by connecting a compressor to send low temperature and high pressure gas to before the quenching chamber which is designed to charge and deliver the raw coal, and by connecting an expansion turbine to after the quenching chamber.
