To improve the durability of the catch mechanism and also to make sure of the catch and support action of equipment which puts in an article to be stored or takes out an article stored in a container through a narrow opening in the container.

A support drum 6 whose space is adjustable according to a container 2 is installed on both sides of a support drum 6 which moves up and down freely in a holding frame 4. A hanging rod 11 whose section is flat and pivots a panel shaped tab part 11 at the bottom is fixed on the support drum 6. A traction part 14 is inserted in a sliding hole formed within the hanging rod 11 and the top of the traction part is connected to traction equipment 13 and the bottom of which is connected to the tab part 15. By the operation of the traction equipment 13, the tab part 15 is either bent to protrude inward or lengthened to catch or release an article to be taken out from or put in the container.
