To provide a device for financial institutions.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention comprises: receiving means of receiving a loan request from a customer, where the request includes a loan amount desired by the customer; determination means of determining whether or not a financial institution can make a loan desired by the customer to the customer, at least on the basis of the loan amount desired by the customer; and request means that when it is determined that the financial institution cannot made the loan desired by the customer to the customer, requests a financial institution other than the financial institution to guarantee the debt incurred by the loan desired by the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
