To provide equipment for lyophilic treatment of a recording body which has a means for removing a residual liquid sticking to the surface and the rear of the recording body after the surface of the recording body in a water-repellent state is put in a lyophilic state, on the occasion of the lyophilic treatment of the recording body.
The recording body 10 in a state of a roll is fed by a recording body feed roller 11 and passed through a heated lyophilic treatment liquid in a thermostat 20 to be subjected to the lyophilic treatment. The lyophilic treatment liquid used for the lyophilic treatment and remaining on the surface of the recording body is rinsed to be removed by a rinsing liquid in a water tank 30 for rinsing. The rinsing liquid used for rinsing and remaining on the surface of the recording body is removed by a removing blade 1, a foam material, a urethane roller, air jet or the like. The recording body put in a state wherein no residual liquid is present on the surface of the recording body is held on a recording body winding roller 12.
