To provide a printing device which makes the shape of intersecting portion of a mesh like resist layer or a mesh like conductive layer formed on a base material, to be substantially perpendicular and symmetrical, when manufacturing an electromagnetic shield layer, and also to provide a filer for a display device, a display device with a filter, and a photo conductor drum.
A printing device 20 is provided with a mesh like resist layer 16 or a mesh like conductive layer 17 by printing using ink on a transparent base material 11 for manufacturing the electromagnetic shield layer, and includes a first ink plate 21 and a second ink plate 22. Among these, in the surface of the first ink plate 21, a first belt-like stripe 21A each of which extends linearly is formed, in the surface of the second ink plate 22, a second belt-like stripe 22A each of which extends linearly is formed. A first linear portion formed on the transparent base material 11 by the first ink plate 21, and a second linear portion formed on the transparent base material 11 by the second ink plate 22, intersect mutually and form an intersecting portion.
