Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress delaying by executing bit assignment to a part, to which first data is not assigned in a period suited to data transmission and a period except for the period suited to data transmission, concerning second data and transmitting it.
SOLUTION: Based on interference noise generated in prescribed period, a period suited to data transmission and a period except for the period suited to data transmission are set by each period of it. For first data, bit assignment is executed so as to transmit first data, which should be transmitted in each prescribed period by each prescribed period of generation of interference noise, in the period suited to data transmission and the period except for the period suited to data transmission within each prescribed period. For second data, bit assignment is executed to a part to which the first data is not assigned in the period suited to data transmission and the period except for the period suited to data transmission, and this is transmitted. For example, bit assignment is executed with rate converters 47, 48.
