By planning and designing sealed inner lumen body 2, gas storage chamber 27 and outer lumen body 4 based on the principle of avoiding the secondary contamination when the medical waste is vacuum-extracted in advance in the equipment for disposal, the inner lumen body and the gas storage chamber are connected to independently perform the vacuum extraction, and the medical waste is convection-circulated in appropriate time. By crushing the medical waste in the inner lumen body 2 at high temperature and with high pressure, the gas in the gas storage chamber 27 is totally sterilized to avoid the contamination. Two pairs of cutters 31 and 32 with different crushing functions are mounted in the inner lumen body 2 to sufficiently crush the waste. A lift-moving unit 8 to be inclined in different directions is mounted on a fixed pedestal 1 to which the inner lumen body 2 and the outer lumen body 4 are assembled. Accordingly, the medical waste is reciprocated by the movement in different directions of inclination simultaneously with sterilization of the medical waste, so that the medical waste is securely and totally crushed.
