Abstract:
To provide a device for dishing up sliced pork ribs on a tray and a method thereof which has a simple structure, looks highly attractive, has both left and right side end parts folded inward, and is usable regardless of the length of sliced meat.SOLUTION: The device for dishing up sliced pork ribs on a tray folds inwardly both left and right side end parts of sliced pork ribs m which have been sliced with one side being pushed against by cut resistance, aligns the length of the meat to fit the size of a tray 17, and arranges the meat on the tray with the folded side placed downward. Also, the device has folding means 9 which folds a side end part of the sliced pork ribs which has been pushed in being sliced so as to be the minimum length possible substantially constantly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
