Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus operation device, an apparatus operation method, and an electronic apparatus system that enable a user to easily perform an operation even if both hands are occupied and that enable an operation intended by the user to be appropriately detected and performed. An apparatus operation device of the present invention includes a line-of-sight detecting unit (42) that detects a line of sight of a user, a neck-mounted terminal (33) that is mounted around a neck of the user and detects a motion of the neck of the user, a determining unit (44) that determines, based on the line of sight that has been detected and the motion of the neck that has been detected, at least one of an electronic apparatus (20) as a target apparatus to be operated or operation details, and an apparatus control unit (46) that controls the electronic apparatus as the target apparatus in accordance with the determination.
