Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment, in which the development of oxide is remarkably reduced during casting a metal and the structure and the work are simple and movable parts and the mechanism parts are reduced.
SOLUTION: This equipment is composed of at least one set of casting ladle 2 for forming an outlet siphon 3 and enabling tilting around a side shaft 14, and this casting ladle 2 is extended with an introducing tube 4 started from the siphon 3 and finished to floated slag holding pan 5. A member forms a single parts, and the pan 5 has the outlet orifice 7 at the bottom part to remove the impurity during casting the metal by covering the outside with a ceramic cloth acted as a filter for holding the impurity.
