PURPOSE: To obtain a titled equipment which prevents adhesion of exfoliated metallic materials to the surface of rolling rollers, by installing a device which supplies a releasing material to the surface of the rollers which are pushed against metallic surfaces and rolled or to metallic surfaces just before the push treatment.

CONSTITUTION: After rolling roller groups 12... are inserted into one end of a pipe prepared by centrifugal forging A by contracting the diameter of the rollers, the roller groups 12... are pushed upon the metallic surface of the pipe A and rolled by enlarging the diameter of the roller groups 12... by driving and rolling a metallic mold 4. At the same time, the whole roller groups 12... are moved to the other end of the pipe A, and a releasing material is supplied simultaneously to the vicinity of the urface of the roller groups 12.... That is to say, the smoothing treatment is performed on the metallic surface by pushing and rolling the roller groups 12..., under a condition where adhesion of exfoliated metallic materials to the surfaces of the roller groups 12... is prevented by the parting material. After the smoothing treatment is performed, the releasing material is recovered at a section which is behind the treating section. In this way, the smoothing treatment of metallic surfaces can be maintained under an excellent condition for a long time.
