PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a security system with a high degree of safety by individually controlling the gas supply and gas consumption devices, so as to average out gas consumption.
SOLUTION: A controller 8 calculates scheduled gas consumption for entire 1st gas consumption devices 10 which are in an operating status and are only locally, controllable and controls 2nd gas consumption devices respectively so that the total sum of the calculated consumption and gas consumption of the 2nd gas consumption devices 18, 20 controlled remotely in within a prescribed gas consumption. Thus, the total gas consumption in controlled within a prescribed gas consumption at all times and a capacity margin which is the requirement of a gas supply installation is not required to be overestimated, thereby the capacity of the gas supply installation is reduced, and the installed area of the gas supply installation or the like is decreased, thus production of NOX and CO2 gases is suppressed. Since an abnormal gas consumption of the 1st gas consumption devices or the 2nd gas consumption devices is detected based on the actual gas consumption and the estimated gas consumption in the entire gas consumption system, the abnormal gas consumption status is surely detected and a high degree of safety system can be built up.
