To provide equipment capable of effectively performing cooling/heating by utilizing the natural heat of the groundwater of a first aquifer and a second aquifer.

This equipment for cooling and heating a building by utilizing the natural heat of the groundwater of the first aquifer F and the second aquifer S is composed of a heat pump 2 installed in the building, and a supply pipe 3 connected to the heat pump 2 in such manner that its first lower end opening 3a reaches at least the first aquifer F, and its second lower end opening 3b reaches at least the second aquifer S. In summer, cooling is performed by the groundwater pumped up from the first aquifer F or its neighborhood, and the cooling exhaust heat is supplied to the second aquifer S or its neighborhood to be utilized as a heat source for heating in winter. In winter, the heating is performed by the groundwater pumped up from the second aquifer S or its neighborhood, and the heating exhaust heat is supplied to the first aquifer F or its neighborhood to be utilized as a heat source for cooling in summer.
