PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating device capable of performing such a predetermined drive as reduces a power consumption.SOLUTION: A floor heating device 1 comprises: a heater panel 2 for generating a heat when supplied with electricity; an operation part 31 to be operated; and a control part 32 for controlling in the drive of the heater panel 2 and the stop of the drive. When the control part 32 decides that there is an overlapping time zone between a first drive time and a second drive time set by the operation of the operation part 31, it notifies a time zone overlapping a set drive time, thereby urging the user to review the setting.
