To provide a device to install upright a column fast in a hole provided in a lining plate through simple operations, wherein the covering plate is to be laid in road construction works, etc., provisionally.

A bearing part 3 is installed at the tip of the body 1 of a column through a flat plate 2, and rotary parts 4a and 4b are furnished which rotate round shafts 3a and 3b installed in the symmetrical positions of the bearing part 3. The rotary parts 4a and 4b are equipped with cutout 11a and 11b and detent projections 12a and 12b, and one part thereof is detained with a bar 15 on the flat plate 2 side so that rotating inward is restricted, and the tapered surfaces 13a and 13b of the cutouts 11a and 11b are protruded to deside the bearing part 3. When the bearing part 3 is inserted into a hole 9 in a lining plate 8, the cutouts 11a and 11b receive the edge of the hole 9 and the rotary parts 4a and 4b rotate, and the detent projections 12a and 12b heave a cylindrical part 5 against the energizing force of a spring 7, and when rotation is made till the horizontal positioning, the cylindrical part 5 sinks and is fitted on the detent projections 12a and 12b.
