At least two sets of upper side tools 1 and lower side tools 2 are prepared, and the upper side tools 1 and lower side tools 2 are fixed to upper side H-shape steel 3 and lower side H-shape steel 4 respectively to face in a vertical direction. Jacks 41 driven in the vertical direction are installed between the respective sets of upper side tools 1 and lower side tools 2, and each jack 41 is suitably driven. The vertical erection of the upper side H-shape steel 3 to the lower side H-shape steel 4 can thereby be adjusted.
