Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device with high follow-up accuracy, capable of preventing estimating accuracy from being deteriorated by an FF signal when applying feed-forward control to a controlled system.
SOLUTION: In this estimation control device 1, a feed-forward signal creating command filter 2 creates a future command increment value which is an increment of each sampling period of a target command signal from the current time to plural sampling future, and a feed-forward signal from a future target command signal. In an estimation controller 3, a future command increment value, a feed-forward signal, a controlled system output at the past sampling time above zero sampling are input, a future deviation estimated value is obtained by using the feed-forward signal and a transfer function model from the control input to the controlled system output, the control input is determined so that the deviation estimated value and the evaluation function related to the control input become minimum, and the control input is inputted to a controlled system 9.
