Abstract:

To provide a method that can easily estimate a smoothing effect and also easily estimate the total output of natural energy power generation by utilizing the smoothing effect.

An output of one point is divided into frequency components, and outputs of two more N points are averaged in the state of time components and then divided into frequency components. The ratio of both results is calculated for each frequency component and then function-approximated to find a function showing the degree of a smoothing effect for each frequency component. Then an average value of outputs of M points is found from the output of the one point and the function, and the total output of natural energy power generation of the M points is found.
