Abstract:
To estimate a value (value to be estimated) in a relatively short time (for example, 15 minutes or 30 minutes) unit over a relatively long future period (for example, several months ahead).SOLUTION: An estimation system generates a plurality of patterns of transition of values of estimation targets from values of time sequence of the estimation targets in a past period. The estimation system specifies a transition pattern and a dependence relation between a factor value and the transition pattern at past (or future) time point, based on the plurality of generated patterns and the values of the time sequence of the factor in the past period, and identifies a model according with the specified dependence relation. By the estimation system inputting the values of the time sequence of the factor in the future period to an estimation model, by using at least one transition pattern, the time sequence of the value in the future period of the estimation target is specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
