The car navigation device 13 acquires the electronic coupon according to the toll collection of the ETC, and makes the user select the position of the store or the facility wherein the electronic coupon can be used as the route guide destination of the car navigation device 13. By transferring information related to the electronic coupon of the selected store or facility to a cellphone 14, the guidance to the store or the facility and the use of the electronic coupon are made to be possible.
