To provide an ethylene gas removing sheet for removing ethylene gas at ethylene gas generating site and removing malodor by regulating and holding freshness degree and ripening degree at the time of harvesting of horticultural products such as vegetable, fruit, fresh flower with simple method and low cost.

The ethylene gas removing sheet 1 comprises an ethylene gas adsorption layer containing zeolite powder or coarse particles 3a or mixture of activated carbon 3b and the particles 3a and formed on a surface of a base sheet 2. And, an adhesive layer 4 is formed on a rear surface of the sheet 2, and further tearing lines 5 for suitably dividing the effective area of the sheet 2 are executed. The zeolite powder or particles 3a is synthetic material of crystalline aluminosilicate containing SiO2, AlO2, H2O, Na2O or CaO as main component or natural material of tuff. The powder or particles 3a are desirably baked or processed to be moistureproof to protect against moisture.
