The ethylene resin powder coating material for powder coating is obtained from (1) 100 pts. mass ethylene resin containing ≥30 mass% ethylene polymer produced by using a single site catalyst and (2) 1.2-3 pts. mass fine particles of an oxide of a component selected from silicon, aluminum, and titanium (except fine particles whose surface is covered with a chemically hydrophobic group to be rendered hydrophobic).
