Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation forecasting system capable of forecasting a minimum evacuation time required.SOLUTION: An evacuation forecasting system includes a step (step S805 and step S808) of calculating, by using a genetic algorithm, a minimum value of a cumulative time for evacuating a disaster care-needed person with a support by a caregiver. The calculation is performed on the basis of: evacuation space information relating to a set evacuation space; initial location information in the evacuation space information of the disaster care-needed person to be evacuated by the support of the caregiver, a required care level of the disaster care-needed person, and the caregiver that cares the disaster care-needed person; and walking speed information of the disaster care-needed person according to the required care level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
