The central management system includes: model management means for managing a 3-dimensional model corresponding to a real space; collection means for collecting disaster information; position acquisition means for acquiring position information including a position and direction of the spectacle-type display; deriving means for deriving evacuation routes based on the disaster information collected by the collection means, the position information acquired by the position acquisition means, and the shape shown by the 3-dimensional model; and control means for superimposing and displaying the evacuation routes derived by the deriving means on the real space on the spectacle-type display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
