To provide an evacuation guide sign for comprehensively dealing with disaster which sends an alert to persons in outdoor areas immediately prior to disaster, dispatching disaster and evacuation information with vocal alert and picture and character display, provided with emergency disaster kits.

A pole 1 erected on a public road, which shows the name, direction, and distance of an evacuation place, with a pictogram of the facility of the evacuation place, at a high position. The pole 1 displays the highest level of tsunami or flood in the past at the sign installation region, at a middle level. The pole 1 includes an emergency earthquake quick reporting device which automatically activates the device when preliminary tremors (P-waves) of earthquake with a seismic intensity of lower 5 or higher are alerted so as to dispatch the emergency earthquake quick report, an alarm, and disaster information with a loudspeaker and an information display board through community broadcasting, and allows information display boards 2 and 3 having built-in light emitting diodes to emit light to promote awareness out of doors. The pole 1 includes an independent power source composed of a solar cell 4 installed at the uppermost part and a storage battery in a storage box 5 in addition to an external power source, allowing the system to operate during sudden power failure.
