To provide an evacuation path structure which is constructed such that at least a part of a partition wall separating each of habitable rooms from a passage is formed of a translucent plate, wherein the evacuation path structure ensures the safety as an evacuation path for the evacuation of residents to a fire proof section while holding down increase of construction costs.

The evacuation path structure is constructed such that at least a part of the partition wall 20 separating each of the habitable rooms 2a to 2c from the passage 3 is formed of the translucent plate. The passage 3 is connected to the fire proof section 4 which satisfies safety standards severer than those of the passage 3 and to which the residents can evacuate via the passage 3 within a predetermined time in case of fire of any of the habitable rooms 2a to 2c. Herein the translucent plate is made of an ordinary glass pane 22, and a shatterproof film 23 is stuck to substantially the whole area of the ordinary glass pane 22 on the passage-side, which contributes to prevention of collapse of the ordinary glass pane 22 in case of fire of any of the habitable rooms 2a to 2c over the predetermined time.
