Abstract:
To provide a structure allowing emergency evacuation and a mobile house without sinking but floating up in flood disaster including tsunami and flood.SOLUTION: Evacuation structures 200, 400 have a housing including a metallic skeleton structure 200A and outer walls 211 covering outer surfaces of the skeleton structure, and buoyant materials 212, 280, 501-504 arranged inside the housing and having specific gravity smaller than water specific gravity. Spaces excluding the buoyant materials in the housing are used for evacuation spaces 250, 450. Hatch covers 261, 271, 471-474 are provided on the outer walls for opening/closing hatches 260, 270, 461-464 communicated with the evacuation spaces. By submergence of all of the buoyant materials, the weight obtained by multiplying volume of removed water by the water density becomes larger than the total weight of the housing and the buoyant materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
