PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to take refuge calmly and safely at disaster by learning locations of the user and other personnel and abnormality of facilities.SOLUTION: An evacuation support device 1 comprises: location information acquisition unit 23 for acquiring location information on personnel detected by using terminal devices 5 carried around by the personnel in a building T; an abnormality information acquisition unit 24 for acquiring abnormality information on facilities from a detection device of the facilities in the building T; a map creation unit 25 for creating an evacuation support map displaying the location information on the personnel and the abnormality information on the facilities on a map of the building T according to the occurrence of disaster; and a transmission/reception unit 21 serving as a transmission unit to transmit the evacuation support map to the terminal devices 5 of the personnel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
