To obtain completion of evacuation in an early stage.SOLUTION: A evacuation support server 10 for supporting evacuation of previously registered persons staying inside a building from the building includes: an evacuation instruction reception section 132 for receiving an evacuation instruction to allow persons inside a building to evacuate outdoors; a connection destination information acquisition section 135 for acquiring information of an access point to which wireless communication terminals 20 carried by the persons are connected when the evacuation instruction reception section 132 receives an evacuation instruction; and a connection destination determination section 136 for determining whether or not an access point to which the wireless communication terminals 20 are connected is changed from the first access point that can be wirelessly connected inside the building to the second access point that can be wirelessly connected on an outer side of the building based on information acquired by the connection destination information acquisition section 135.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
