Abstract:
To make it possible to output the level of operation of a body temperature adjustment function of a subject.SOLUTION: An evaluation method of a body temperature adjustment function includes: a step which acquires an autonomic nerve index of a subject; a step acquiring a perspiration index of the subject; and an evaluation step which evaluates a body temperature adjustment function of the subject by using the autonomic nerve index of the subject and the perspiration index of the subject. The autonomic nerve index includes at least one of a heart rate fluctuation index and a pulse variation index. The perspiration index preferably includes at least either skin conductance or a perspiration quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
