Abstract:
To measure partial voltage for evaluating the power generation characteristics of a fuel cell.
An evaluation device of an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell with a catalyst electrode layer is provided. A reference voltage measuring terminal for measuring the voltage of a reference catalyst layer is provided, by directly or indirectly bringing the device into contact with the reference catalyst layer formed on the electrolyte membrane.
