Abstract:
To set a crushing capacity of a vertical mill with high accuracy when crushing a biomass raw material in an evaluation method for a crushing capacity of the vertical mill.SOLUTION: This evaluation method has: a process in which a biomass raw material is preliminarily crushed, thereby forming a biomass crushed matter having a preset prescribed raw material particle diameter; a process in which the biomass crushed matter is finely crushed by a hard glove crushability test according to the biomass raw material; a process in which a generation rate of fine powders smaller than an evaluation particle diameter is determined in the finely crushed biomass raw material; a biomass crushing capacity is evaluated from a correlation relationship between the previously determined generation rate of fine powders and a crushing capacity of a crushing mill exclusively used for biomass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
