Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for a wheel, in which a magnetic encoder is resistible and precision rotation detection can be surely maintained, under hard temperature environment occurred around wheels of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A seal device 5 is placed between an inner member 1 and an outer member 2. A member on the rotary side of the inner member 1 and the outer member 2 is provided with the magnetic encoder 20 having an elastic member 14 is which magnetic poles are alternately arranged. The magnetic encoder 2 constitutes the seal device 5. The magnetic encoder 20 maintains an initial magnetic property on a pitch mutual difference and a magnetic flux density, under a prescribed thermal resistance test condition.
