Abstract:
To remove the generating factor of thermal NOx caused by the decrease of the rate of absorbing radiation heat of heat resistant and corrosion resistant metallic flame spray coating applied on the evaporating tubes of a boiler for a thermal power plant burning fossil fuel.
The lowering of a combustion gas temperature is promoted through the increase of the rate of absorbing the radiation heat by coating the surface of the whitish flame spray coating with coloring compound or carbon by application, spray or flame spray, and therefore, the generation of the thermal NOx can be reduced.
