This evaporator element 18 to be positioned on a combustion chamber wall 16 has a cutout 26 formed therein for storing at least part of the ignition mechanism 20. When it is positioned with the ignition mechanism 20 engaging the cutout 26, a cutout wall 30 encircles at least part of the ignition mechanism 20.
