Title:
蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6410527
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator with cold storage function capable of improving thermal conductivity of cold heat to cold storage material accumulated in salient portions formed at both side walls of a cold storage material container.SOLUTION: A plurality of salients 27, 28 bulged outward are formed at both side walls 26a, 26b of a cold storage material sealing part 26 of a cold storage material container 15 of an evaporator 1 with cold storage function in such a way that the salients 27, 28 of the left side wall 26a and the salients 27, 28 of the right side wall 26b are displaced as seen from both right and left sides, and inner fins 21, 22 and 23 are arranged within the cold storage material container 15. Partial portions of the inner fins 21, 22 and 23 arranged in the cold storage material container 15 are put into the salients 27, 28 of both side walls 26a, 26b. The inner fins 21, 22 and 23 are brazed to the inner surfaces of the bulged-out end walls of the salients 27, 28 at the left side wall 26a, the inner surface of a part where the salients 27, 28 at the left side wall 26a are not formed, the inner surface of a part where the salients 27, 28 at the right side wall 26b of the cold storage material container 15 are not formed and the inner surface of the bulged-out end walls of the salients 27, 28 at the right side wall 26b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
