PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved communication device or the like which allows not only the people received signal transmission simulating the conventional candle relay, but also the people received the relay information can enjoy together.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device in an information processing system consisting of a plurality of light-emitting devices and one or more transmitter transmitting a command signal related to light emission of the light-emitting devices includes at least a light-emitting section, a command signal receiving section or a clock section or a timing section, and a control section. The command signal contains at least the remaining lighting time information, and after the command signal transmitted from the transmitter is received by the command signal receiving section, the control section reads the remaining lighting time from the remaining lighting time information contained in the command signal, and controls the timing section to count down the remaining lighting time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
