A sample target person (A01) of a portable recorder inputs examination contents according to an operating method explained in advance (A02) and after the end of examination, these contents are collected (A03). A sample target person (B01) of a portable questionnaire enters examination contents according to a prescribed entry method (B02) and after the end of examination, these contents are collected (B03). Data recorded in the internal memory of the portable recorder are drawn up by the examination system (A04), on the other hand, the examination contents entered on the portable questionnaire are read and computerized in the same format as a format recorded in the portable recorder (B04). The examination system integrates the sample data of both the examinations (AB01) and executes desired total processing/statistic processing on the basis of the integrated data (AB02). The found total/statistic result is stored in a storage part and outputted or displayed (AB03).
