To suppress the load due to vibration on a hood that covers a prime mover.SOLUTION: An excavator according to one aspect of the present invention has a lower traveling body, an upper rotating body rotatably mounted on the lower traveling body, a counterweight provided at a rear of the upper rotating body, a prime mover provided on the upper rotating body, a hood that covers the prime mover, and a rear frame supporting the hood.
