Abstract:
To provide an exchange that offers an ACD service while training the operator.
A control section 13 in the exchange 10 selects one master operator terminal that is able to make a reply among pluralities of master operators when an ACD setup is requested to control an exchange section 11 and an MXT 12 to allow an ACD call to reach the selected master operator and to select a sub operator terminal that is able to make a reply among pluralities of sub operators. Thus, the control section 13 controls the exchange section 11 and the MXT 12 so as to obtain information sent by the set call by using the selected sub operator terminal.
