Title:
EXCITATION DISCHARGE NOZZLE AND POWDER DISCHARGE DEVICE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016074539
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce subsequent manual cleaning work to the limit by effectively discharging powder remaining in the bottom of a wide bottom tank by using compressed gas as a power source.SOLUTION: Compressed gas is ejected along the surface of a bottom plate from an annular slit, one side of the slit is held so as to contact and separate, and the static pressure and the dynamic pressure of the compressed air are alternately applied to open/close the tank. This opening/closing vibration propagates through the entire bottom plate to peel powder stuck to a plate surface, and a cleaning air flow from the slit cleans the plate surface in a pulse shape. A drift guide is provided immediately near the upstream side of the slit to provide a required maximum orientation to the cleaning air flow. Thus, the efficiency of facilities and energy is increased by directing the maximum orientation to a place where the powder stays to eliminate its local staying and simultaneously installing a nozzle efficiently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
